Welcome to Caldecote

Caldecote is a small village located in the county of Hertfordshire, England. It is situated approximately 5 miles north of the town of Baldock and 10 miles south of the city of Cambridge. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is home to a number of historic buildings, including the 12th-century St. Mary's Church and the Grade II listed Caldecote Manor.

The village has a population of around 200 people and is known for its strong sense of community. There is a village hall which hosts a range of events throughout the year, including a popular annual fete. The village also has a pub, The Chequers, which serves traditional pub food and real ale. The surrounding countryside is popular with walkers and cyclists, with a number of footpaths and bridleways to explore.
