Welcome to Salden

Salden is a small village located in the county of Buckinghamshire, England. It is situated approximately 3 miles east of the town of Newport Pagnell and 5 miles north of Milton Keynes. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is home to a number of historic buildings and landmarks, including the Grade II listed Salden House and the 13th-century St. Mary's Church.

Salden House is a stunning Georgian mansion that was built in the early 18th century. The house is set in 200 acres of parkland and gardens and is considered to be one of the finest examples of Georgian architecture in the country. The house has been used as a location for a number of films and television shows, including the BBC drama "The Hour". The gardens are open to the public on certain days of the year and are well worth a visit.

St. Mary's Church is a beautiful medieval church that dates back to the 13th century. The church is located in the heart of the village and is a popular destination for visitors. The church features a number of interesting architectural features, including a Norman doorway and a 14th-century font. The church is still in use today and holds regular services throughout the year.

At The Bradwell End You Can Walk Up To The Concrete Cows, Although If Your Dog(S) Aren't Used To Being Off Leash Then Put Them On The Lead At That Point Due To A Busy Dual Carriageway (Monks Way).
