Nether Winchendon, also known as Lower Winchendon, is a small village located in the Aylesbury Vale district of Buckinghamshire, England. The village is situated approximately 5 miles east of the town of Thame and 7 miles west of the town of Aylesbury. Nether Winchendon is a picturesque village with a population of around 200 people. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is home to a number of historic buildings and landmarks.

One of the most notable landmarks in Nether Winchendon is the parish church of St. Nicholas. The church dates back to the 12th century and is a Grade I listed building. The church features a number of interesting architectural features, including a Norman doorway and a 14th-century tower. The church is also home to a number of historic monuments and memorials, including a 17th-century monument to the Dormer family.

Another historic building in Nether Winchendon is the manor house, which dates back to the 16th century. The manor house is a Grade I listed building and is considered to be one of the finest examples of Tudor architecture in the country.
